We perform a wide range of techniques for restoring dental health after disease, injury and other common conditions. All are performed employing cutting-edge procedures and technologies. Our fees are affordable and our staff strives to accommodate patients’ schedule, concerns, and finances.
Preventive Dentistry is the branch of dentistry that deals with the preservation of healthy teeth and gums and the prevention of dental caries (decay or cavities) and oral disease. The American Dental Association recommends that adults and children establish good oral hygiene habits at home and visit their dentist at regular intervals to have a dental cleaning and diagnostic radiographs taken to detect changes in the teeth, changes in the bone level around the teeth and changes in the tissues of the oral cavity. Our office recommends that healthy patients schedule regular 6 month visits.
Prosthodontics and Implants
Prosthodontics is the branch of dentistry concerned with the artificial replacement of missing teeth. Implants can be used to replace one tooth, multiple teeth or a patient’s complete dentition. 3D Cone Beam Imaging assists greatly in our success in implant placements.
We also provide more traditional techniques such as Removable Partial Dentures and Fixed Partial Dentures (Bridges) for patients missing one or more teeth or Complete Dentures for patients who lose all or most of their teeth. We look forward to talking to you about TOOTH REPLACEMENT OPTIONS.
Orthodontics is the branch of dentistry that corrects teeth and jaws that are positioned improperly. Crooked teeth and teeth that do not fit together correctly are harder to keep clean, are at risk of being lost early due to tooth decay and periodontal disease, and cause extra stress on the chewing muscles that can lead to headaches, TMJ syndrome and neck, shoulder and back pain. Teeth that are crooked or not in the right place can also detract from one’s appearance. For adults, we offer both ClearCorrect® and Invisalign® clear aligners. The benefits of orthodontic treatment include a healthier mouth, a more pleasing appearance, and teeth that are more likely to last a lifetime.
Oral Appliance Therapy
Oral appliance therapy is an effective treatment option for snoring and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). A custom-fit oral sleep appliance can improve your sleep, restore your alertness and revitalize your health. Worn only during sleep, an oral appliance fits like a sports mouth guard or an orthodontic retainer. It supports the jaw in a forward position to help maintain an open upper airway.
If you and your doctor decide that oral appliance therapy is the best treatment option for you, then your doctor will write a prescription for you to receive a custom-made oral appliance. We will then recommend and fit you with the oral appliance that is best for you. Oral appliance therapy is covered by many medical insurance plans.
Endodontics (Root Canal Therapy)
Endodontics, also known as Root Canal Therapy, is the branch of dentistry that deals with diseases of the tooth root, dental pulp (nerve) and surrounding tissue. Specialists, called Endodontists, treat the dental nerve and its diseases on a daily basis. We will treat some cases in the office and refer others to an endodontist after an assessment based on testing, review of X-ray images and the preferences of our patients.
Esthetic or Cosmetic Dentistry
Esthetic or Cosmetic Dentistry is the branch of dentistry aimed at improving the appearance of the teeth. The purpose of cosmetic dentistry is to improve the appearance of the teeth using bleaching, bonding, veneers, reshaping, orthodontics, or implants. We offer a range of Esthetic Services including Implant placement and restoration, Complete and Partial Dentures, ClearCorrect® and Invisalign® clear aligners and Whitening options.
